Angela Sauceda ("I," "me," or "my") operates angelasauceda.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and the choices you have.

Information I Collect

Information you provide directly:

Contact form: name and email address, and any message you send.
Newsletter signup: your email address, collected through Substack.
Booking a call: your name and email address, collected through Calendly.
Substack subscription: if you subscribe to my newsletter on Substack, that signup is handled directly by Substack under their own privacy policy, not by me.

Information collected automatically:

Basic site usage data (pages visited, browser type, general location) through Wix's built-in analytics.
Cookies used for standard site functionality. I do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

How I Use This Information

To respond to messages sent through the contact form.
To send newsletter content to subscribers, if you've signed up.
To confirm and manage calls booked through Calendly.
To understand, in general terms, how people use the Site.

I do not sell your information. I do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services
This Site uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Wix (site hosting and analytics)
Calendly (call scheduling)
Substack (newsletter publishing, if you subscribe there)

Data Retention
I retain contact form submissions and newsletter subscriber information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries or maintain the newsletter, or until you ask me to delete it.

Your Rights
You can ask me at any time to:

See what information I have about you
Correct inaccurate information
Delete your information
Unsubscribe from the newsletter (a link is included in every email)

If you're a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion — the process is the same as above.

If you're in the EU or UK, you have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from children.

I may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.

These terms govern your use of angelasauceda.com (the "Site") and any services booked through it ("Services"). By using the Site or booking Services, you agree to these terms.

Services
I offer Creative Strategy sessions and advisory retainers, Personal Branding sessions and advisory retainers, and One Page Website design. Specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are confirmed directly with you before work begins — these terms cover the general relationship, not the specifics of any one project.

Website Design Scope
One Page Website services are design only. I do not write copy as part of this service — you provide the words, I provide the design and build (on Wix), typically completed within one week of receiving final copy and content from you. Delays in receiving your materials will delay the completion timeline accordingly.

No Guaranteed Outcomes
Creative Strategy and Personal Branding sessions are advisory in nature. I bring judgment, questions, and experience to the conversation, but I do not guarantee specific business results, income, follower counts, client acquisition, or any other outcome. Nothing on this Site or in a session should be understood as a promise of results.

Payment

Single sessions are paid in full at the time of booking.
3-month advisory retainers require a non-refundable deposit of 35%, with the remaining balance paid motnhly.
One Page Website services require full payment before work begins.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Single sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice are non-refundable.
Advisory retainer terms, once signed, are non-refundable once work has begun, except as otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, you own the finished one-page website design delivered to you. I retain the right to display the work in my own portfolio, case studies, and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing. Any frameworks, questions, or strategic methods I use in sessions remain mine — you're not purchasing a licensable system, you're purchasing the work of applying it to your business.

Confidentiality
I treat what you share in sessions as confidential and won't discuss the specifics of your business publicly without your permission. Anonymized or generalized insights may be referenced in my own writing or content.

Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an advisory basis. I am not liable for business decisions you make based on our work together, nor for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Services.

No Professional Advice
Nothing provided through Creative Strategy, Personal Branding, or any other service constitutes legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. You should consult the appropriate licensed professional for those matters.

Third-Party Tools
Bookings are handled through Calendly, newsletter signups through Flodesk, and my newsletter is published on Substack. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or booking of Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
